“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and……

“We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this.”

“Rooms were large with great furnishings. My room had kitchenette and fairly large balcony. Breakfast had large selection of breakfast goodies and even offred cook to order items on some days. Extra perk, mini bar in the room was complimentary and replanished daily. Staff was excellent and made this tourist feel special. ”
