The biggest issue with this hotel is the poor Wi-Fi. Ive stayed twice now in different rooms. If you sit at the desk there is a good chance you will constantly lose connection or fail to connect. On both stays I ended up using roaming. Super annoying. 2 laptops, 1 phone and a tablet same issue. Even when moving around the room connectivity was iffy. For the 2nd room the router was literally outside the room. The complaint made had no effect. It's not good enough for a 1st world country! Not sure the staff used a vacuum cleaner once in the room either. The gym is pretty good and well equipped. One of the male early morning staff is super grumpy and often has towels (happened 4x in 7 gym sessions). Each time he seemed put out he had to go fetch one. Surely thats part of his job! Bed was very comfy. If the rooms had a mini fridge that would make a big difference when staying 1 week or more. Big Tesco round the corner and several good restaurants in the area. I did not see any aircon so I'm not sure what it will be like in summer. Probably hot? The hotel restaurant is very good. Good selection of food and drink and good staff.

Can't think of anything that I liked, if anything the bed was comfortable? The gym is in shambles, the hotel staff are confusing, everything is an additional charge like breakfast, everything... It's oddly quiet and the entire Hotel, and the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear all the other guests quite easily. Both above and below you as well as beside you. 25 years ago or so. Maybe a four-star hotel, but presently, very far from.

Room was clean and really spacious. It was a bit of a tired space. The room was quite warm and lots of condensation on the windows resulted in water around. However, the hotel and bed itself were quite comfortable
