“Great little gem in the heart of Copper Country! This cozy upper flat is nicely laid out and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The kitchen is small but efficient and had all of the supplies for cooking simple meals. The bed is super comfortable with plenty of pillows. I also appreciated the air purifier as I am sensitive to scents. The location is perfect for a walk to the shops in Calumet, a quick run to Houghton/Hancock, or to head up the Keweenaw to explore. A minute away……

“Nice well kept home with great views out the downstairs windows. A short walk away is Hungarian falls which was a highlight for us. A-frame architecture makes it necessary to watch your head in a few places but we would certainly come back.”

“Loved that there was a washer and dryer. Really appreciate how clean it was and that we were allowed one hour early check in.”

“Decent value for money. Not as clean as should be. It is large and accommodated our 7 guests well. Also large kitchen where we could cook our own meals. Had to clean bathroom ceiling/walls, windows and porch ourselves.”

“This property is part of a two-apartment house with a bedroom, kitchen and living room (with a sofa bed), and was fine for our group of four for two nights, though a bit cramped while eating in the kitchen. The hostess communicated excellently, and responded almost instantly to any questions. The kitchen had he pots/pans, etc. that we needed. They provided a small, charcoal barbecue for grilling.”

“The room was clearly recently built but with cheap material. The floor was warped and peeling. The upholstery was stained. The property had space to run our dog but the surrounding was otherwise in an industrial part of town.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. Loved waking up to the sound of the lake, the comfy beds, the living room with all the sofas was perfect for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the backyard with access to the lake and the fire pit was perfect for watching the sunset while we sat around the campfire.”
