“I had to call because I was running late. Did not get there until after 10:30 PM. They were really nice about it. And waited for me. When first coming into the place at night, it looked a little creepy for a minute. But once we got to the room, it was very nice, very quiet. I'll meet out of concrete. “Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night. Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. Parking is plentiful with lobby entrances front & back. Pleasant staff at the desk & nice notes in the room from……

“I made a reservation a month ago and when I arrived I had to wait three hours before I could check in . There was hair around the toilet where it wasn't cleaned properly, hair in the bathtub and hair on the sheets. Sheets were dirty, clothes from a previous guest were left in the dresser drawer and the microwave was dirty.. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying at this motel.”
