"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay at The Orwell Hotel in Felixstowe! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of customer service was outstanding throughout. A special mention has to go to Rob and Alfie, who were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile, a friendly attitude, and a genuine willingness to help. They are a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is full of character, with comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. If you're looking for a hotel in Felixstowe that combines great hospitality with excellent service, I can't recommend The Orwell Hotel highly enough. "5 stars! We absolutely loved our stay at Seckford Hall and can’t wait to return! Every member of staff were so warm and friendly, they treated not only us, but our dogs like royalty. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a huge comfy bed! The spa was beautiful, well maintained and great facilities, the outdoor area was perfect to relax in the sun. I find some other spa hotels I’ve stayed in have been a bit disappointing, however not this place. I was gutted when our stay was over and can’t wait to go back!"

"Breakfast was very good. The site has 8 EV chargers on-site, 4x 50kW and 4x 22.1kW. Overall our stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay there again. Large swimming pool, sauna (not working during our stay), steam room, and jacuzzi. Very popular with golfers. However, the hotel could do with some refurbishment as some areas are starting to get somewhat shabby."
