“Staff was wonderful, great breakfast, the beds are very comfortable, overall the room was very clean, the shower/ tub could use an upgrade. Overall this is a great place to stay, especially if you like going to the casino, would recommend to others”

Expedia.ca apparently contacted Comfort Inn who indicated the reservation costs would be reimbursed....6 days post reservation we were informed by Expedia.ca that Comfort Inn had not authorized a refund .....the hotel does not answer calls and management seems to be non-existent Our bookings through 2 other hotels (not Comfort Inn) with Expedia.ca were immediately dealt with...one refund and one...

“Terrible as the air conditioner didn’t work despite telling the staff about it. I was already up at 4am because it was so hot in my room. I couldn’t give details about the bfast as I don’t know if there was one.”
