"The staff was truly what made the stay, they were pleasant and helpful. Sadly, they were doing work at the resort and water gets shut off with no warning in the rooms. I’d only recommend going here if your child is 5 , they don’t really cater to toddlers. Hard to locate Nick JR. characters. "

"The resort is nice and well maintained. It had what you'd expect. The size was comfortable and didn't require being driven to different locations. The activities they had for kids were well received by our 7 & 9 year old. They don't advertise it, but the water park requires shirtless for the rides. You can't wear any kind of sleeves so if you don't pack appropriately as a girl/woman, you'd need to buy new suits or just not go. "Everything was amazing! We did however witness a young black kid punch a white lady in the face. The next day he was at the pool. We thought he deserved to be kicked off the resort. Security could be better in that regard but we felt safe and had an amazing time. The employees were all so friendly and welcoming. All of them!"

"Situation and facilities were amazing. Room lovely, swimming pools marvelous. Two swim up bars absolutely brilliant. Very dramatic location. Plenty to do-lots of choice. Music all around the site. Our Butler, Sam, was amazing. Very helpful and a fantastic communicator. All the staff were super-they make the whole experience very special. Food was only downside. Speciality restaurants were very good, but normal restaurants were only average. Possibly a matter of us being Brits, and the food type aimed at US tastes. Having said that, the range of locations was amazing-breakfast right by the beach-a bbq every day if we wanted to-two speciality restaurants. We had a superb time and would return in a heart beat "

Bahia Principe Grand La Romana - All Inclusive

"Good animation staff Niki (painter) by the beach, Arianna ( games etc), Rigoberto at the pool bar, Aylwin and Mary at the beach bar as well as dorka and Michael by the stage. High humidity in rooms caused mold on our luggage and very bad exchange rate for canadian dollar at the reception. Hotel should consider another health provider as their facility is located in Punta Cana. Breakfast was excellent!"

Amazing Resort VERY CLEAN !!! VERY COMFORTABLE!!!

"What can I say? This place is literally amazing from the arrival where you get champagne to the concierge, explaining every detail to you and the room is extremely clean and very beautiful. Also on the adult side, which we stayed on, they have music playing.That's very relaxing, and the food is unlimited.The drinks are really good and unlimited.And all the staff has beautiful personalities, and they're extremely nice. I am a stifler on hotels and cleanliness in this hotel was so freaking clean. Our pool upstairs was clean. Our balcony was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was just perfect, even the hotel. Itself, when you walk around the premises, there's literally no trash anywhere, no leftover cups from people, drinking no cigar buds all over the ground.Is just perfectly manicured. This is definitely AUS5 star hotel. In my opinion, and I can't wait to go back."
