“The stay was okay overall. There were quite a few crossed wires regarding the included amenities. I recommend taking screenshots of any extras or package details when you book, just in case there's any confusion later. During the first few days, we were told certain amenities were included, only to be informed later that they were not.
It was a bit embarrassing to be told at breakfast that it wasn't part of our package, especially over what amounted to just a few dollars. Better communication……
