I submitted a complaint requesting the property manager contact me regarding my accommodations and no one contacted me as requested. Buffet food had flies all over it. It should be a health hazard. Room AC ran loudly all night. Black blinds they have in bathroom you can see out so someone can see in I had to shower in the dark. I had to have my key rekeyed three times and was locked out at night. I made reservations with guest services got to the restaurant and was told I have no reservation I should have bought the paper image having to make a reservation for free food I had the call guest services they said it was booked but at 630 I was 2 hours late because of transportation and the food is on the other side of the resort. They refused to feed my party. I spoke to the manager Pierce after speaking Spanish with Elena Marie in front of me-- he stated I needed to eat elsewhere but took another party with the same story Rude and ill run facilities-- definitely the last time I will stay at any Grand Pallidum.

I really enjoyed this property however the transport/trolley on the property was terrible. Some of the drivers did not stop at all to pick up and the trolley had seats. Also, the trolleys were suppose to come every 10 mins and they did not. It was about every 30mins.

The property was absolutely breathtaking, the staff what can I say was always so friendly and accommodating. The staff really made this resort with all the interaction with the guests. I would definitely recommend this resort and I will definitely be back.

Staff were very helpful. We felt safe, loved that they had carts/ trains to take us to where we wanted on the resort. That’s how big it is. Beautiful beach, lovely pools. the only thing that I could say is that I wish we found a laundry area if they had one but we didn’t bother to ask so our fault! other than that, we had the best time of our lives here!!

Firsr time in DR , the place ( although room has like an old smell, I think it's the vent smelled like old dried wood. we kept our mask on the whole night😁 some people are inconsiderate , loud noises in the hallways late but over all beach, service was amazing. I will definitely recommend and wanting to go bqck tereagain
