It was clean, chic and spacious! This condo is perfect for large groups and very secure! It is gated with nightly security. Rosa our host was the best! Very accommodating and always accessible. “Las instalaciones no están en el mejor estado. Primero me dieron una suite porque la habitación que reservé estaba ocupada. La luz del cuarto no funcionaba correctamente. En la segunda habitación no había agua caliente. En el patio exterior había mucha basura que se veía acumulada desde tiempo atrás. La tarifa fue elevada y la calidad no era la que esperaría por ese costo.”

“The place was amazing, and everything was really close by. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. ”

“Please don't stay here. The noise was terrible. The bathroom was dirty and with smelling terrible. People were doing constructions work by midnight, can you believe that? I couldn't sleep. Wifi was not working. It was a nightmare. ”

“Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“When we arrived, reception was closed. A random man showed up and called the “owner or manager” who demanded we pay an additional $93 in cash. Per Expedia we expected to pay $47.99 at the hotel. But the fact that we had to pay in cash was sketchy. The man had a terrible time finding our room. It was obvious the room was not clean. Bed covers thrown on top of the bed, twin beds not even made, trash laying around. Toilet had urine still in it. Smelled of beer. Everything was sticky. There is a bar……
