“Flora was very clean, well maintained & most of the staff was extremely pleasant whether they were getting tipped or not. The beach was beautiful & we really didn’t have much trouble finding seats/towels no matter what time we arrived - beach or pool. Drinks were great & the kids were able to go to any of the (swim up) bars & obtain beverages on own. There were also community items/floats etc. The food, to our surprise, was quite good & there were many fruit surprises / special drink station……

“The property is new and in the middle of nowhere. The room smelled like mildew and it has a dangerous path to cross the major street to get to the restaurant and grocery store. The king bed was on the floor. Construction was everywhere and it appeared to be unsafe for the guests. The workers were sleeping in the undeveloped building next to the hotel. Several times we could see them looking into the guest rooms.”

“They take 120$ deposit for electricity, tell me that will return when I will check out, then never return and never answer to my calls and messages!”

“Garden area was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of greenery and well-kept spaces. Swimming pool was refreshing and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea and its calm waves.”

“Our toilet didn’t flush. The shower barely trickled water and was super corroded. The cabinets were peeled and falling apart. The refrigerator was rusted inside and out. The TV did not work. The counter in the kitchen was falling in and pulling away from the wall. No idea where the breakfast actually was but as disappointed as we were didn’t want to even try. Husband literally called it a “$h1& hole and couldn’t even use it”. It’s a run down pool and apparently other hotels use the same photo to……

“There are too few food varieties, the supply is very slow, and the quantity is very small, almost every day”

“Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need……
