The property was great. The only problem was the beach was closed because of the large amount of seaweed which really smelled. But they had shuttles available to take you to other beaches. The staff was great and very helpful.

The room was nice and clean, loved the property, they do use golf carts to pick you up from the room. loved how the beach was so close by. Had an electricity problem in the room which was resolved in about 20 minutes. Was reeled into a timeshare meeting but nothing we haven’t done already and it cane with some perks afterwards so if you have the time on vacation but can easily be skipped by telling them you are not interested

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was first class. It was clean, had great amenities, and the view was beyond words. It could not be more convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. The staff was 5 star by any standard. The only bad thing was that I had to leave and go back to work the next day.
