Great place to stay. Very walkable, lovely room and comfortable bed.
The breakfast is amazing, beds super comfortable and grounds stunning. Location was perfect and staff wonderful. Also the tub in our room was incredible.
Only suggestion would be for coffee in the room in the morning. Otherwise it was a literal perfect stay
Wonderful stay! There was a problem with the room we booked (things happen) but Dawn made sure we were happy in an upgraded room. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street. Breakfast was included with the option to be brought to your room. If visiting East Hampton, would definitely choose the Mill House.
Wonderful stay in a beautiful, historic inn. The staff was always very helpful. My room (I actually got upgraded to an available suite) was gorgeous. Breakfast options were great as well. Thank you again!
What a lovely space and wonderful thoughtful staff! Absolutely loved everything about it, and the breakfast was beyond excellence!
Hats off to the chef you can tell she cooked with ❤️ love.
Highly Recommend you experience it for yourself.
Incredible stay at this property with five star service and amazing staff. Every detail was thought through and they truly want to make it the best experience for all their guests. Walking distance to town and nearby shops and restaurants and easy to access other towns and areas from the location. Would highly reccomend!!
A beautiful house with super friendly staff that's prompt and ready to serve. House was quiet. Our room had a wonderful view of the windmill across the street. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended.
We stayed at the Inn for our anniversary last weekend. We are devotees of bed and breakfast hotels and loved this one. We arrived to find a huge, and I mean, huge, bouquet of the most beautiful white roses waiting for us in the suite that they upgraded us to. Totally unexpected. These folks could not do enough for us. Breakfast was extremely nice, cooked to order with quality ingredients. Bed was extremely warm and comfortable. The management, the staff, can't say anything negative about the inn at all. It was a very nice stay and we would absolutely do that again.
Had a fabulous overnight stay at the Mill House with my sisters.
The staff were fabulous. So friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also a winner.
Thank you to everyone at the Mill House for a fabulous albeit short stay.
I loved The Mill House Inn! Kenny, the general manager was so amazing! He was so kind and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! He is a gem! I got a free upgrade as it was a slow weekend in early spring. My room was large and amazing and so comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit! Thank you Kenny!🙏
We had a wonderful time. The staff was SUPER great and very accommodating. I have dietary issues and the Chef made everything I requested perfectly. The facility was a historically significant property, and does require a bit of attention but nothing to discourage guests. The regular meal options for breakfast were really over the top good. All staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurants and travel to tourist sites. Room was older but great, extremely clean and comfortable. No negative remarks. THANKS FOR A GREAT VACATION!

A mixed Bag ...
From my first call to set our reservation Dawn was fabulous. Thank you.
The down side was that the second i walked through the bedroom door (room#8) I encountered a tangle of spiderwebs and tiny spiders. Because I didn't want to upset my partner I said nothing at that moment to him or to Dawn who had graciously escorted us to our room. Later that afternoon, I did go to the front desk and tell Dawn about the issue. She contacted her manager and they were willing to give us another room. By that time my partner came into the front and learned about the issue. Long story shorter, we stayed in room 8 and when we came in that evening we had to cut through spiderwebs and killed 2 pretty busy spiders.
We slept in a bit late and our delicious breakfasts was kindly delivered to our room. Thank you for all of that. Additionally, we wanted to change the credit card I used to prepay our stay, for some unimaginable reason we were told that could not be accommodated. That was really annoying.
Other that that lots of free snacks and reading materials Ample parking. Dark bathroom lighting, too low of a showerhead with a very steep tub that you'd have to step into. No grab bars. Great bathrobes and lots of grwat towels and Frette sheets.
Great East Hampton location.
