“My husband and I stayed a couple nights for an anniversary getaway. The peaceful lakeview is perfect for the cozy cottage. We watched turtles, swans, and ducks and listened to the sounds of a loon and other songbirds. The hosts were communicative and friendly the entire process. We would stay here again.”

“It was pleasant. Very quiet and wonderful view of the lake. Excellent fishing. I had a few things that required online access to complete, so I selected a locations that listed wifi. Unfortunately the wifi was extremely slow so U had a hard time sending email. That said if you want a remote spot where you feel left alone to fish, this is great. Most people do not rent a lake cabin for the internet access though...”

“We had two of the cabins on this property with Family! Our stay was wonderful! People on the lake, so the dock was helpful. The kids enjoyed the beach and the swim raft! Having use of the kayaks, wasn’t Added bonus. Great memories made!”

“Prior to the trip, I reached out to the homeowner with multiple questions and he was always quick to reply and very courteous! During the trip, he helped with reaching out the kayak rental company to coordinate where to put them, and dropped off a couple items that we needed. The house and property are absolutely beautiful, exactly as appears in the pictures. There was enough seating in the dining room for our entire group, so we were able to have our meals together and enjoy family game……

“This cottage had everything we needed. We loved so much about it…the quiet location, the fire pit, the boat dock, the large deck with seating outside, the gas grill and the use of the kayaks, the large windows facing the lake to view the beautiful sunrises and the view of the lake! The sunrises shining directly into the large windows in the back bedroom did affect the temperature back there. We brought extra fans and it helped. The small shower was interesting, but in no way would it keep us……

“Our family had a relaxing week at Fair Lake at Looncall Cottage! We enjoyed swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing as well as campfires and smores. Mom had a great time identifying the various flora and fauna, and Dad was appreciative of the solid WiFi.”
