“A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who……

“I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.”

“They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.”

“The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess.”
