didn't get the room I asked for and the curtain was very dirty and dirt on the headboard and hair in the show but the window is gorgeous and they were easy about late checkout and the hotel is very nice
I liked that you have to have a room key to use the elevator so that felt safer. Other than that it’s totally crazy that there was no breakfast offered unless you wanted to pay for it and $13 for a continental breakfast is ridiculous!

Aaron at the front desk was amazing and attentive. We found clothes in our room that weren't ours and hairs all over the sheets of the bed. The room was dimly lit, even with all the lights on and very stuffy.The parking voucher they gave us was inactive and didn't work.
Didn’t get the room I booked for here, there is no room service, the parking here is incredibly confusing and while the elevator is overly safe to make sure rooms safe, it’s very easy to work around. I didn’t get what I paid for and didn’t feel safe while there.
