"Clean room, staff was nice. Not enough bags for garbage in the room. One if the elevators broke down and it took forever to get up to the room and everyone was packed in one space. The game room ate up most the coins and the kids couldnt play some of the games. The pool was nice and clean. Nice view of the arch from swimming area. Overall it was quiet, no problems and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay too."

"Just a beautiful hotel. It is our 3rd time visiting. And will keep going back. The valet parking is a lot too expensive. I should have asked. But what is one gonna do. My bad. "

"It has been YEARS since the hotel has had a deep clean. Stains on the walls, curtains and outlets. The only hotel i have ever been to where my shoes actuality stuck to the floor. No soap provided for the bathroom (and trust me, you will feel like you need a shower after staying here)."

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."
