"Walter is an outstanding host. He generously allowed early check-in and late checkout and communicated easily in a very timely manner. This information should have been shared with me prior to my arrival date as the window had been broken for weeks. The shower flooded the bathroom and leaked down to the kitchen below through a Crack in the ceiling. We arrived an hour after check in and the cleaning person was still there for another...
