“We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.”

“It’s an older house, so you are dealing with creaky floors and such, which is ok. The floors were really dirty/sticky so we had to clean. There were also virtually no pots/pans that weren’t old/rusted/flaking. The owner was apologetic, reimbursed us for our time cleaning and pots/pans we had to buy. It needs a better selection of cooking things, so hopefully that gets adddress so families can stay there. ”

“Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. ”
