"Overall we are very pleased with the stay. Great location, beautiful views and nature around.
The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. Wellness a bit too dark - I understand the mood issues, but too dark - it was difficult to...

"We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!"

"Séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel vieillissant très mal insonorisé. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver.
Sans ces atouts le prix est obsolète par rapport aux prestations fournies. "

"I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....
