Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. "
