"The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, Lucy in particular was especially kind and helpful with getting us checked into our reservation and giving us information on the amenities of the hotel. The room was well kept and very clean but complimentary toiletries were sparse (had to be bought) and the walls were thin as we could hear footsteps and doors being shut from our floor as well as the floor above us. Despite this I would still come back due to its proximity to the Tacoma Dome and how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. Thank you, staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, for such a warm welcome!"

"After seeing the great reviews of this place, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. Old hardened black gum stuck to the elevator floor and filthy looking hallway carpet next to my room and elevator on the 2nd floor. There are many other similar hotels in the area - maybe the reviews are relative - this place is better than those? Unsure...why others' experience was different than mine...certain the carpet didn't get heavily stained and filthy over night... My room was fine and clean. Breakfast was fine as well."

"Clean rooms . Lots of free parking . Excellent location . Cannibal hot tub was a great experience with cold plunge and sauna felt great after long day hiking . All staff were helpful for any questions -would def stay there again !"

"Staff is amazing. Rooms are kept clean that I am machines didn’t work. I’d find lots of glass throughout the parking lot, which is extremely unsafe with pets walking around lots of homeless, local and parking around the facility, including walking out to one sleeping outside of my door otherwise overall definitely recommend."
