The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. "The unit was beautiful. It was nice to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and well decorated. Electric fireplace was great! We were quite disappointed with the hot tub situation. One of the reasons we chose this resort was bc of it having a hot tub. However, the one located behind our unit was closed due to repairs. We decided to try the other one located by the indoor pool, it was also not working. While that is not the fault of the owner it should be something a guest should be...

"Was advertised as a one bedroom. It was a double bed in a cubby in the wall. No door no closet. There was no closet or anywhere to put your clothes. The curtains on the windows were summer fabric and did not keep out the cold. ( it’s a ski resort on the top of a mountain/ cold) The cubby had its own window that you could feel the cold breeze off the window.
