“At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location.
However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens……

“Nice location, well connected to city center. And that's all. Old, smelly, bad maintained, uncomfy beds, lack of sockets, disconnected hairdryers in the bathroom. WiFi is very low, lift out of service evey night at 10pm, door is wafer thin, anyone could open it with a push, along with walls. Noise all night long, people partying and talking loud everywhere.
Staff is not talkative, even if you ask tips or suggestions for food and drinks (they have some agreements with some businesses like HRC or……
