"The room was disgusting, there was a foul odour upon arrival, the toilet was dirty and there was cobwebs all over the room. NOT TO MENTION THE BEDBUGS. "We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night. "Immaculately clean and quiet hotel. The self check in was not what you want to be trying to figure out when you arrive tired and late. The shuttle bus displays only 'parkplatz'(parking) it does not have any leonardo hotel signage or markings anywhere. This 'parking' bus came and went 3 times and it wasn't until I asked the driver did I find out its actually for the hotel. Surely even a sign in the window would make sense? I would happily use the hotel again as these things are only a problem if you don't know about them beforehand(or aren't psychic in the case of the bus)"
