We will definitely book again when we are visiting that area. Glad we decided to book there instead of the hotels in Halifax or the nearby towns.”

“This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas.……

“Our family had an amazing stay at this lake house. We visit Lake Gaston several times a year, and this was truly one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, fully equipped, and comfortably accommodated our multigenerational family of ten. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub — they were highlights of our stay. We also appreciated not having to bring linens, towels, or washcloths; all we needed to bring was our family and our food.The location was very convenient to Food……

The suite had everything we needed from the fully furnished kitchen, great appointed luxury bathroom, comfortable bed/bedlinens to relax in, large screen tvs, but most of all privacy to relax in. We enjoyed walking the property and viewing the exterior of the great home place the suite is attached to. We are excited to visit this wonderful home place again very soon”
