“Home was clean and had everything you need. ”

“When we arrived, the keypad wouldn’t work but fortunately the front door was unlocked. The host returned our phone call eventually, but cell service is very poor in that area. Overall, the stay was excellent. You do have to haul off your own trash, which is a little frustrating considering we also paid a cleaning fee, but the dump is close by. The house is super spacious and the windows in the living room are BEAUTIFUL! Great view and amazing sunsets! We loved the house!”

“We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....

“Exactly what we expected: clean and comfy in a beautiful setting. Bed and sheets were very comfortable, and we slept great. A/C kept up well despite how hot it was outside. Plenty of seating to enjoy the view.Hosts were friendly, responded quickly, and were very informative.We really enjoyed The Kennon House restaurant.
