From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The unit we stayed in was not. Dusty bedroom floor. Lacked kitchen utensils like a pizza cutter and pearing knife and few other things that my girlfriend bought and left behind for the next visitors. We had nothing but problems with the tv. It worked a few times. Missing local news and my girlfriend could not watch show on local tv that makes her mad and then I had deal with a unhappy woman. That didn't make my vacation good. Customer service gave us the owners email but they never responded. I will probably come back next year.
