Kick back and relax in this clean, stylish and comfortable two bedroom basement suite with independent side entrance. Guest can self check-in and has entire suite to themselves during their stay. It includes two bedrooms - king and queen size beds; a fully furnished and functional kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery; full bath with toiletries; laundry facilities with laundry detergent; fast internet; Netflix; Key pad entry; allocated driveway parking with cameras, 15 minutes to airport and 10 minutes to Edmonton.

The unit was very clean and well kept. The down side to this property is it stated on site parking however I did receive a message that started parking is on the street. This is fine for most people but each town/city have different bylaws when it comes to commercial trucks (1ton and over). My work truck is a one ton and having to park 4 houses away and around a corner did not make this an enjoyable stay with the concern while staying there was an I going to get a parking ticket or not and/or my truck being towed/stolen as there were no cameras where I was able to park. Yes it does state on the property details of onsite parking.
