Extremely hot rooms without the abilities to turn the heat down even though there is a thermostat in room. Every room we saw had the windows opened in -20+ C because the heat is unbearable. As well, the cleanliness of the rooms are just visibly clean. There is hair everywhere and you can not walk in the room without shoes because they don't wash the floor. But for the money...I personally think, when they had the free breakfast at the current price it was worth it...now they should be charging less.

The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is no on-site gym and the laundry room/area (washers/dryers) could use some serious TLC. When it rained and became damp and chilly, I was told that the heat could not be turned on due to the boilers only coming on during seasonal times, however they did offer me more blankets and a small heater. There was a very large gap under my door, where I could see the outside very well, which made me think of all the spiders and other insects that had a personal doorway into the room. I will end up by saying housekeeping was absolutely fantastic! The beds were clean, the towels fresh!
