Beautiful hotel, spa was free to use. Indoor pool and steam sauna. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was just ok

An excellent hotel set within a number of linked historic buildings. The inside is very modern. Close to the Cathedral and numerous restaurants. Very good location.

Great location a very short walk from the train station. Rather plain on the outside and lobby but very well maintained, friendly staff, and very well maintained. My room was very clean. Definitely a place I would stay again.

The Le Parc Hotel Obernai is the best and most unique hotel that I have stayed in Europe. It is set in Obernai which is a charming city with history and small restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was wonderful and the design of the hotel was a perfect mixture of modern and classic. Our room was new and very roomy with a little outside area and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant had wonderful food and service. The spa, is very unique and cool. Multiple floors of different kinds of rooms and treatments and a little maze of pools in the bottom floor with a surprise in each little nook. The treatments were wonderful and reasonable. Can’t complaint about anything. It was a wonderful experience and if we are in the area I would stay there in a second.

Throughout our 3 days stay despite complaints air conditioning was not working. We slept in the room with a fan besides us. Disgusting and no one attempted to look into same. Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English
