"Absolutely Adorable Farm Stay! One of Our Favorites in Iceland! Oh my goodness, we absolutely LOVED this place! Such an adorable, charming farm stay! The young woman at the front desk grew up on the farm and was incredibly knowledgeable. She gave us wonderful recommendations on places to explore and things to see. The farm-to-table breakfast was PHENOMENAL! We loved watching the sheep and cows while we ate. Such a fun and authentic Icelandic experience! Our room was perfect, the location was great, and everything was so peaceful and quiet. You can truly tell how much love and pride this amazing family puts into their property. They have done a fantastic job! This was one of our favorite stays in Iceland, and we would absolutely return! Highly recommend!"

"Guesthouse Brekka was well located as a place to stay on our travels. Nestled in a picturesque valley dotted with sheep. The cabin was no frills but all we needed. The neighbours were a bit loud even though in another building but they were respectful of the time to quiet down. The staff was very helpful with our activity questions and breakfast was great and nice to be included."

We picked the base room which was a bit small with a small shower but we're not there for the room, it's just a place to sleep. It was very clean and updated. Multiple restaurants are a very short drive away. They do offer breakfast but it didn't start until 8 so we passed on it. Parking was a bit tight but manageable around the units."
