when we arrived to the room notice the following :
1- AC is not working , that took 2 hours to fix
2- Towels were not enough that they brought quickly
3- phone is not working and it stay that way until we left
4- try to use the safe , its not working and apparently there is charge to use it 30 euro which we paid , but still was not able to use it until the following day, we stayed in many hotels in different countries never had to pay to use the safe that was very strange.
5- all workers hang outside from our room in the street smoking and chatting until sometime 2 am.
For us we will never stay here again , there is much better places don't waste your money.
the only good thing was the staff friendly , even sometimes we have to find translator as several don't speak English ( other than the reception area)
