“After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available.”

“O hotel é muito funcional! Tudo limpo e novo … mas, não gostei do Check in! Chato, ser tudo on Line! Muito frio e eu do lado de fora tentando entrar!!! Não chegou nada pelo WhatsApp ou e-mail sobre o nosso Check in! Deveria ter pelo menos uma ante-sala pra fazermos esses trâmites!! Não em pé no frio… ainda bem que não estava chovendo!!!!”
