“I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team.”

“「朝食付き」は、嘘です。チェックイン時に、朝食について尋ねると、「オーナーがいないのでわからない」。３日間滞在しましたが、一度も朝食が出て来ることはありませんでした。近くに食べるところはあるものの、朝からやってるお店はほとんどなく、昼のお店が開く時間まで空腹を耐えなければなりません。スタッフはいるものの、昼過ぎまでいません。いても、大きなヘッドフォンをして一日中ゲームしてます。また、Wi-Fiは繋がりません（笑）モロッコあるあるなのかもしれませんが、サイトに書いてあることは守って欲しいです。また、宿の清潔感の判断は人によるかと。清掃はしてありますが、なんというか、古い家感あります。あまり、お客さんが来ないのでしょうか…ピカピカという感じではありません。私は耐えれるレベルでした。モロッコ全体がこんな感じなのかはわからないので、日本人感覚での評価になります。”

“This is my first time to visit Fes, Morocco. I stayed 8 nights in Fes Touria. Lucky it is close to the carpark which the taxi can stops.
