I stayed in the executive room in the middle of the week.Things that could improve: the website said "soundproof walls" but I could easily hear people in adjacent room talking in a moderate tone of voice. There were many folks with construction jobs who started making noise at 4am operating the ice machine etc. Website stated there was an in-room locking safe for laptop but there wasn't one. Mattress was on the softer side and pillowcase had human hairs stuck on it. No Hair conditioner or body wash. The breakfast was poor. Not everyone eats egg and chorizo sausage wraps. Cream for milk was sour. An apple and tiny muffin a breakfast does not make . The floors looked like fairly new laminate, but the rest of the room badly needs renovation. There are only 2 flat pillows on the king bed, so you may need to bring your own pillows to sleep well as we did. The shower went cold on me during an 8pm shower. Use the shower at non-peak times to avoid cold showers. Also, the internet is sketchy and goes in and out every few minutes. Do not count on having reliable internet. There is green grassy space around the hotel buildings for pooch walks, especially good at the back of the hotel behind the restaurant. Breakfast consists of premade chorizo and scrambled egg burritos, but the breakfast times vary and we had breakfast one day and missed it the next. Fortunately, The Burger & I Restaurant is right next door just across the parking lot and is great with attentive staff, a huge menu, and breakfast served all day long. I would like to have given more stars, but our stay had the issues noted above and I really needed internet and a hot shower during our stay.
