"We stayed at Hotel Maya, on and off, for a number of nights while our apartment was being remodeled. We were pleased, above all, with the staff at the front desk, who helped to make our checking-in and checking-out as easy and pleasant as possible. Our heartfelt thanks go to them. The Superior rooms at Hotel Maya are comfortable and nice, and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job of making up the rooms when we had back-to-back stays. Hotel Maya is a very nice place to stay in Alicante. It is directly adjacent to the tram station and a short 10 minute walk down to the plaza overlooking the sea--and a short walk from there to the beach."

"Staff was courteous, bedding had a mark on it. Shower had hair in it. I didnt complain as we were only staying a night, it was just a bed for the night and shower. Room floor was also dirty "
