"We went to Venice to find shark'steeth; By Saturday night, we found 310 total. Not to shabby. When we started unloading our beach stuff, my husband asked where were the sharks' teeth? "In our beach bag," I replied. He couldn't find them and went back to the car to see if they fell out somewhere. No luck. After showering, I went out to the car to look for them. They were nowhere to be found. As I reentered the lobby, the front desk person, Ashley, asked how my day went. I told her about losing the bag of teeth. After a brief pause, she asked if they were in a clear plastic bag? "Yes, they were." She told me another guest had found them at the entrance to the lobby. I couldn't believe it. She called the guest's room and advised that the owner of the bag of teeth was standing in front of her. Within a few minutes, the other guest arrived with my bag in hand. Overjoyed, I thanked her profusely and gave her a big hug. If it hadn't been for Ashley, I wouldn't have my precious shark's teeth. Thanks, Ashley."

"We truly enjoy the design of the hotel. The level of finishes and attention to detail crates such a beautiful atmosphere. Landscaping is also very well thought out. Our favorite is absolutely the rooftop pool - level blue. We have stayed at this hotel three times and plan to stay in the future. The one area where there could be a slight improvement would be in the quality of the food. The Food court is fabulous. Half cracked was less impressive. Watertop (?) table was on point. "

"Beautiful hotel, weather did not cooperate so we could not visit rooftop bar. Had dinner at indoor restaurant, good food, friendly staff. Very nice bar and options available. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"What a lovely visit. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool area were well kept. Nice continental type breakfast. Staff was so kind. What showed here was that the staff are very proud of their property. It’s right across the street from Venice beach. Shops and restaurants close by. It’s been 40 years since we were there last. Don’t plan to wait that long to come back. Venice is a really nice community. "

"The staff and service were excellent. My husband and I stayed 1 night on the spur of the moment. Our air conditioner in our house in Punta Gorda was being replaced and it was unbearably hot at home. We decided to book a room at Four Points. We couldn't have been more pleased. The restaurant/bar were excellent for dinner and drinks a walk over to the TT's Tiki after dinner was what the doctor ordered. Will definitely recommend this to our guests and friends."

"The rooms were very clean and well kept. A breaker blew in the kitchen. I told the front desk but it was never fixed. Overall not a big deal and I would stay again. "
