“El desayuno muy bueno y el vals excelente Pero quiero hacer una observación deberán de poner un service y las habitaciones no cambiaban la toalla todos los días ni la basura tampoco pero por lo demás me gustó mucho la estancia y muy buenas atenciones”

“Room Was clean but the air conditioning in the bedroom did not get very cool. Staff was friendly but the only two things I had an issue with was coming in my room after being asked and putting a “Do not clean room” sign on my door, room service still came in and took all of our towels but didn’t leave any new ones. Also, we had coral and sea shells on the balcony drying out and “someone” took all but one.”

“I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Venice, FL, Great location, professional staff, always very clean, great breakfast. Room furnishings are very nice, the room feels like home away from home.”

“Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”

“TV didn’t have connection. Outlets few and not convenient. Husband discovered mattress had huge stain! Gross!! Bathroom needs to be updated!!!…. Fixed!! Loose toilet. Icky shower”

“Staff was nice. It was 90 degrees out that day and the air conditioning was not turned on. It took hours to cool the room down. Yes, I had a reservation. The toilet didn’t work. Had to lift the lid every time to flush. The room was in pretty bad disrepair. The shower knobs and spout were falling off and barely held on by caulk. Towel holders and other fixtures were the same. Bed was sooo hard. The frame is a horribly designed metal frame that squeaks the entire night. No box spring or wooden……

“Room hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Ac was controlled by them. Was only given a half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people 3 day 2 night stay. No smoke detector. Kitchenette was just standing fridge with microwave on top of it. No coffee maker or supplies for coffee”

“Very dated building. Breakfast very limited. Luckily there is a good breakfast spot in the building nearby.”

“Room was very clean. It was nice having a restaurant there for breakfast and it was close to everything. Pool was nice.”
