Just needs some fine tuning
The house was perfect for our family. 2 bedrooms upstairs; one was for our son/wife and one for their daughter and one full bath for them. The two bedrooms downs stairs were for our daughter/husband (they had they’re own bath which counted as guest bath also) and one bedroom for us with our own bath/shower. The house was very roomy.
None of the houses seem to have enough seating for large groups, but the outdoor furniture was comfortable enough we brought it inside as needed.
Here were our two problems: #1. The kitchen was lacking everything you needed. The house sleeps 8 (4bedrooms) but there were only 4 plates and bowls, 3 coffee mugs and silverware for 4. We were there 5days/4nights and there was 1 roll of paper towels, 1 kitchen towel, 2 trash bags (which we found the second in the bottom after can after we had bought more already. We were going to cook most meals there, but there wasn’t enough pots and pans to do much with. #2. The bathroom rugs should be washed between each stay/rental. The downstairs was all tile and could have been swept a little better.
Even with those 2 issues, I’d stay here again. It really was comfortable and the perfect size for and arrangement for the family we had with us this time. Kudos to the owners. I hope they will learn from the few issues.
