The front desk lady was so very kind , friendly, patient and accommodating without hesitation. Pool was clean and open late which allowed my daughter to enjoy after arriving around 9pm. 12pm checkout time was an awesome bonus and they even allowed us an extra 30 min upon requesting. Guess someone forgot to open the return valve.. overall it was fine because we didnt spend much time in the room.. especially fornthe price. Would maybe stay again depending on what the other hotels in the area offer. Some physical property issues, the seat on the toilet would not stay upon its own, the shower curtain was too short. No comfortable chair. When we booked the too it was a Hampton Inn, now it is Spark. The only thing I have to complain about is the pillows that were in our room were not comfortable for us, they were very fluffy and soft, we felt like they provided no support so we had trouble falling asleep. I informed the front desk and they made a note of it, didn’t offer any equipment. The shower didn’t drain well enough to keep the bathroom from flooding. Informed the front desk, asked for another functional room and they said they were all booked up. The parking lot was only 1/2 full, maybe all of the functional rooms were booked up. They gave us some extra towels so we didn’t slip and fall in the bathroom. The information provided by Hotels.com was not accurate - one example being the lack of electric vehicle charging even though it was advertised that it was available. Another was the lack of amenities - no ice buckets or in-room coffee, and the hot breakfast was a joke. The few items offered were all cold, and the staff blamed this on Hilton.
