“The staff was just exasperated bc they have no one to work. I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. Only one lady for housekeeping had shown up for work and the only other employee was the front desk clerk. I……

“Very convenient location, very clean rooms (which was nice). Room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very much appreciated but mediocre quality. Overall very good experience”

“The beds were very comfortable, sliding glass doors were dirty at the bottom, pretzel laying on the floor when we got there. Not the hotel fault, but on the second day we were there, a dog started yelping at 6 and didn’t stop until 6:45. Also not your fault but went to use the washer & dryer and someone had their laundry in the wash, sat around for 2 1/2 hours waiting to use the washer , a guy came and said oh it must be my cousins, he pulls the laundry out and pulls a lighter out of the back……

We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.”
