"This is the second time our family has stayed in this particular condominium building. This condo, however, was far and above the other ones I’ve seen. Updated, clean and fully stocked, all of our needs were met and more. The pool and foosball tables were an added bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the upstairs loft is a little warmer than the rest of the unit for sleeping. We will definitely book this unit for future Sandbridge vacations."

It was furnished with great attention to detail and had everything we could possibly need. Checking in was a breeze and we could relax by the pool right away. We enjoyed a delightful dinner and drinks nearby, and the convenience of walking everywhere was wonderful. The owners even provided us with beach towels, floats, and a thoughtful welcome basket. "The condo was as-listed and worked out for us well enough (family of four). The host was responsive and the location was great. Nice bathroom, lovely balcony. Didn't get to use the pool due to thunderstorms, but it was clean. But there were a few shortcomings in the unit: floors were dirty; loud, squeaky pull-out couch; the bed had a sinkhole in the middle but was otherwise comfortable. I couldn't connect to WiFi. It's fine in a pinch with these expectations."

"So many things provided with the stay (toiletries; utensils and flatware, esp the important things like wine glasses and a corkscrew; Brita water jug; cleaning supplies; etc). Great location with access to a beautiful ocean view and even pond fishing if you're into it. Golf course. Tennis court. On site restaurants. Quiet. Clean. Rooms spaced out enough to provide maximum privacy. Each room can be climate controlled individually. Literally the perfect stay."
