“Enjoyed the stay and great host”

“This is a charming place right near Czech Village. Kadia was a gracious host and even made a special trip over to allow me access to laundry (not advertised) since I had been camping in the days prior.”

“If you are a pet owner this property is listed as pet friendly but is really almost pet friendly. We had a three day drive to Cedar Rapids and 11 hours before we arrived we received an email with an extensive list of pet rules. Most were reasonable except the one that said pets shall not be left unattended at the property which basically means you cannot leave the property without taking your pet with you. We were told this was to keep noise down and for the safety of the pet. We explained to……

“House was in a great location - easy to walk downtown. We also walked the neighborhood and around the church lot that was across the street. We enjoyed having a kitchen for cooking, a good fridge for our food and beverages. It would have been great to have a privacy fence in the back yard for us and the dogs, a grill, and fire pit if it would be allowed. Heater and AC worked great, good shower, and the house was stocked pretty well with laundry, toiletries, and some needed kitchen accessories.”

“Cozy and comfortable home. The beds were great and the house clean and inviting. We really annoyed out stay and would stay here again.”

“Expect farm feel, not at all. Very inconvenient accommodation. Should just market as sleep room(s). Hotel room would have been more accommodating with amenities, specially for price. Spotty WiFi. Would never recommend.”
