"The reception staff were amazing and friendly, all of us were greeted with a welcome tea. • The hotel staff made us feel extremely welcomed every time we returned to the hotel. • The family room is spacious and suitable for 4 pax. • Bathroom facilities are great and suitable. • Hairdryer was functional for girls with long hair. • Air-con with heating function works well. • Beds are also extremely comfortable. • Location is convenient in the old quarters area. As we had to check out early in the morning, the hotel staff even prepared some drinks and banana for us to go. It was really convenient that we were also able to arrange transfer service to the airport at 4:30am in the morning. The driver was prompt and punctual. We really appreciate the hotel’s amazing service and find the booking value for money. We will definitely return to stay here if we were to visit Hanoi next time and recommend it to our friends "

"I was so happy with my stay at Solaria Hotel. Room was very comfortable with great air conditioning and plenty of amenities and free bottled water daily. Bed was very large and extremely comfortable with perfect pillows. Breakfast provided a large western menu option and Vietnamese cuisine also. We dined at Mia’s, the onsite restaurant 3 times and enjoyed delicious Vietnamese dishes and excellent service. The staff in reception were friendly and professional and assisted us with day trips, SIM card installation and airport pickup at very affordable prices. We were allowed to extend our check out time on our last day until 4pm for $40 aud.- 5 star service thank you Solaria team. "

"My husband and I had such a wonderful time at Soleil Boutique! Thankfully, the weather was nice when we arrived, so I was able to enjoy their pool. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and kind—it truly feels like the service of a large luxury hotel. As a boutique hotel, the rooms are smaller than they appear in photos, so I recommend checking the square footage before booking. Our room with the king/queen bed was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The food here was amazing—I would even say it was better than Grand Mercure’s buffet, though Grand Mercure has more variety. Every member of the staff, from the housekeeper and front desk to the chef and servers, was professional and kind. I highly recommend Soleil Boutique for anyone visiting the area. The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality and service. I don’t have photos of this hotel - only videos! I like how their buffet food options change everyday!! "
