The Pebble Beach gated community is oceanfront with private beach access, two outdoor pools, a year-round heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. Take a stroll along the oceanside boardwalk, gaze at the waves and watch dolphins from the shaded oceanfront gazebo. Take a dip in one of the 3 crystal clear pools on the well-kept, landscaped grounds. Listen to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool nestled up against the sand dunes. Enjoy the courtyard outdoor pool and the beautiful, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from the front door. The fitness center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the spacious grounds. This newly renovated top to bottom, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full/double bed and a full attached bath.

The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your large private balcony. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and views of the beautiful pool and serene courtyard.

The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, both a Keurig with K-cups, and every gadget you could need for enjoying a great meal! Ceiling fans and smart TVs are in every room, as well as an abundance of wireless phone chargers for your convenience. A washer and dryer is included for your use as well.

We have a variety of beach items available for you, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more. You will also receive a welcome book with our personal recommendations, full of restaurants, activities and places to visit to assure your family will have a fabulous beach vacation!
