"Excellent budget friendly hotel!! I can't say enough good things about our stay here! The room was clean and super comfortable and quiet. I slept so well! The staff was friendly and nice and we had all the little things that make a difference like good shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower, coffee machine in room, hair dryer, quiet ac unit. our keys worked the entire time (most places these days I have issues with keys not working well) The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!! Its what staying in a hotel used to be rather than the bare minimum."

"Gino, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in his lovely home for 5 days and 4 nights and were extremely comfortable. The beds were excellent and the layout of the home was just right for my 3 grandkids (all under the age of 3)!! In fact my almost 3 year old grandson rode his electric car around the driveway, inside the garage, and on the big wrap around porch and he was in toddler heaven. Every thing was perfect especially the ginormous tv in the living room. It makes the movies so much bigger than life. Lastly, the checkout process was easier than most VRBOs I have stayed at so I liked that. "

"No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "

"We were down in the area to go fishing and visit family who live nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Excellent pool and screened patio. Nice, private yard. Very comfortable house. Convenience stores and gas 5 min drive away. Larger shopping centers and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. We did have to contact Irina at the beginning of our stay and she responded immediately and took care of everything swiftly. A property and management. "
