Private dock, boat lift, launch access nearby, world class bass fishing, close to dining, shops and all the Villages has to offer. Enjoy the numerous parks, trails and other local attractions or just sit under the avocado tree read a book and enjoy the serenity and constant stream of wildlife from the large backyard.
