8.6/10 Excellent! (270 reviews)
We booked this hotel for 10 nights, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. After the first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. The room temperature stayed around 24–25°C, which was extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. I complained to the hotel every day, but they kept telling me that everything was working fine, despite the room clearly not cooling properly. After a few nights, we eventually had to leave the hotel and book another place outside the city just to get some rest and escape the heat. There were also serious safety issues. The room door fell twice, and on one occasion it came dangerously close to falling on me. If you are travelling with your family during the summer, I would strongly recommend being careful when considering this hotel. Hot weather combined with ineffective air conditioning and these safety issues made our stay very stressful and uncomfortable. Overall, this was not the experience we expected after booking a 10-night stay.
