"I had been driving all day from Wichita Falls and arrived later than expected due to driving in the rain. Shawn is an angel, he helped me check in smoothly & understood I was very stressed out. I left to get food, and upon returning to the hotel Shawn saw me as I was going into the elevator. He found my credit card that I dropped after checking in and he returned it to me. I was very thankful Shawn found it because it could have been a problem. Shawn's customer service is welcoming & compassionate. I was so happy with my stay, and continued on with my travels."

"The hotel staff was great. The bar/restaurant staff on the other hand was awful. I’ve never been somewhere that the staff was just offended that they had to serve me and the other hotel guests I was with. And then when we weren’t served we decided to leave and go across the street which they were also offended but why would we stay? Anyways. Also the mattress killed my back. I’m 35 and woke up feeling 95"

"AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe. "
