“I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this……
