“The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart. They didnt accept my chime bank card and would not accept cash so i wound up receiving an overdraft fee of 28 dollars on my bank card after being told my card was only going to be charged for the $100 incidental deposit and wound up charging for the……

“Our first room, the TV didn’t work, we waited for an hour for the repair man to tell us that. Second room, the AC didn’t work. After 30 minutes he showed up, got it working. However when the condenser came on it was so loud that it woke us up all night long. We got free continental breakfast vouchers. I tried to make toast. Toaster machine was not turned on. Attendant was not pleasant at all. The lady who checked us in was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was downhill from there. ”

“We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms.
