“This is literally my second home when I visit Tuscaloosa. It's always nice, quiet, clean, and welcoming. The Staff is always amazing from the late night shift workers to the day shift workers. The breakfast is nice, warm, and hot. Always a great selection of choices for breakfast - I especially love their grits, the different variety of meats they serve, and not to mention their all-famous Cinnamon buns. #ToDieFor# They also have healthier breakfast selections as well like fruits, yogurt,……

“We did not stay at Days Inn, Tuscaloosa, because when we got there at 1:30 am, the hotel was CLOSED. No arrangements had been made for us to stay somewhere else. We were sent to a Microtel across town that no longer exists. The night watchman or whoever he was tried to contact another hotel but could get no answer. We finally found another hotel on our own, that was not worth the money we paid, for the rest of that night. The next day Days Inn arranged for us to stay at Microtel, Cottondale,……

“Only one elevator in the building was working. I was initially charged for parking, but that was never mentioned at check-in. I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging.”
